Who we are
This website is operated by 3K Chemie GmbH, Mistelweg 48, 41352 Korschenbroich, Germany, represented by its managing director Andreas C. Osthues.
Contact form and enquiries
When you send us an enquiry via our contact form, the details you enter (name, email, phone, message) are transmitted to us and stored. We need this data in order to process your enquiry and to reply or submit a quote. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your enquiry and the associated data are deleted as soon as they are no longer required — as a rule four weeks after the enquiry has been finally answered.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited that other website.

Web server log data
Our web server automatically stores log data (IP address, time of access and content requested). This data is kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. It is used solely to resolve technical faults and to improve the security of the website. It is not passed on to third parties.

Your data is processed under a data processing agreement (AVV) with our web hosting provider Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstr. 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider undertakes to protect your data and to process it only on our instructions. All servers we operate are located in the EU, generally in Germany.
