No configurator, no shopping cart. An engineer reads your enquiry and gets back to you, usually within one working day.
Enquiry
You describe the application and the substrates — ideally with the product used so far, a drawing or the data sheet. By form, phone or email.
Technical clarification
We ask about what decides durability: surface preparation, bond gap, cycle time, temperature and media exposure, series or one-off production.
Proposal with alternative
You receive the original product and a vetted alternative side by side — with technical data sheets, so the decision stays traceable.
Samples and testing
Samples on request, so you can test in your own process before committing. We also support changeovers during series ramp-up.
Quote and delivery
The quote arrives as a bundle: adhesive, matching dispensing gun, static mixers and consumables. Shipped from Germany, repeat orders on a phone call.
Alternative products
How we vet an alternative
We only recommend an alternative once the key figures have been properly compared. These three steps are always part of it.
Data sheet comparison
Technical figures side by side: pot life, cure time, strength, temperature resistance and other application-relevant values.
Composition & REACH
We check chemical composition and REACH compliance so the switch also holds up from a regulatory angle.
External assessment
Where needed we obtain a technical assessment from the manufacturer or an independent laboratory.
